At First Debate, Democrat Presidential Candidate Promises Abortion Services…to Men.

Julian Castro, who was the youngest member of Barack Obama’s cabinet as the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (2014-2017) and was also the former mayor of San Antonio (2009-2014), took to the stage of the first Democratic presidential primary debate and endorsed abortion…for men.

We’re not even joking.

Lester Holt, the MSNBC debate moderator, asked the candidates, “All of you on stage support a women’s right to abortion. You all support some version of a government health-care option. Would your plan cover abortion, Mr. Secretary?”

Castro responded, “Yes it would. I don’t believe only in reproductive freedom, I believe in reproductive justice. And what means is just because a woman, or let’s also not forget someone in the trans community — a trans female — is poor, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t exercise that right to choose. So I absolutely would cover that right to have an abortion.”

In LGBTQ-speak, a “trans-female” is someone who was “assigned male at birth, reconciling with their biological sex, who identifies as a female.

This may come as a shock to Castro, but…guys born without uteruses can’t have abortions because they, you know, can’t have babies.

Never in the history of mankind has a “trans-woman” (even if such a thing existed) had a pregnancy or terminated one. It is a biological impossibility.

Castro might as well have just endorsed the abortion rights of unicorns, leprechauns, and tooth fairies.

For mercy’s sake, these are the people who want to run our nation.
